For the purposes of this Contract, Playboi Carti will be deemed to have released Whole Lotta Red (Deluxe) if Spotify displays a version of Whole Lotta Red identified as a “Deluxe,” “Expanded,” or equivalent edition as a separate album under the “Albums” section of the artist’s official Spotify discography before the Expiration Date and Time.

This includes cases where bonus tracks are added to the existing project or the release is labeled as a deluxe edition, so long as Spotify classifies the release as a distinct album entry. Singles, previews, playlist appearances, or updates that do not appear as a separate album under “Albums” will not satisfy the Payout Criterion.
