A condemnation is defined as the person making a public statement that explicitly uses condemning language such as "condemn," "denounce," "deplore," "abhor," "repudiate," "strongly oppose," "find reprehensible," "reject," or substantially equivalent expressions of strong disapproval, AND directly references the event either by name, clear description, or unmistakable contextual reference, AND is made through verifiable public channels including but not limited to: official statements, press releases, or communications; verified social media posts on platforms owned or controlled by the person; public speeches, interviews, or press conferences; written statements to news organizations; or official government communications (if the person holds public office). Revisions to statements made after Expiration will not be accounted for in determining the Expiration Value.
The following do NOT constitute condemnations: calls for investigation or review without explicit condemnation, statements of concern, disappointment, or regret without stronger language, questions about the event without taking a condemning position, third-party reports of the person's private views without public verification, statements made by unauthorized representatives or unofficial channels, or implied disapproval without explicit condemning language.
