Resolves Yes if the Bureau of Reclamation's August 24-month study projects the water level for Lake Mead at the start of 2023 to be less than or equal to 1050 feet.Outcome verified from Bureau of Reclamation.
The projection for the end of December shall be considered the projection for the start of the following year (e.g. the end-of-month for December 2022 shall be the value for the start of 2023). The market will close and expire following the release of the data.
