If a hurricane of 96 mph is recorded at Columbus, Ohio; a tornado, flood, or flash flood warning is issued; or an earthquake of at least magnitude 5 occurs 50 miles away, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from National Weather Service (Columbus, OH).

Clarification 9/7/23 5:56 PM ET: This link will be the one that Kalshi is checking to see tornado/flood/flash flood warnings: https://alerts.weather.gov/cap/us.php?x=1. The alert must have the city or an area in the city in its ‘Areas affected’ to be included (e.g. “The Bronx” would qualify for New York City).

Being listed in the warning's 'locations impacted' in that alert is sufficient.
