Only the first official announcement by Howard Stern will be considered for resolution. Subsequent statements, confirmations, or re-announcements of the same information will not affect the market outcome. “Retirement” means Howard Stern explicitly states during The Howard Stern Show that he is retiring and will permanently stop hosting or producing his regular SiriusXM program following the conclusion of his current term, season, or contract.
