Player Participation & Settlement Criteria
- If Ben Brown is scratched or is not a starting pitcher, the market will resolve to the fair market price.
- If Ben Brown is not a starting pitcher but later enters the game, the market will resolve to the fair market price, relief appearances will not count towards this market.
- If Ben Brown is a starting pitcher and records at least one pitch the market will settle based on strikeouts recorded.

- and household members and immediate family of all above
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
- Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
