Resolves Yes if the Office of the Mayor of New York City or the New York State Governor's Office issue a press release announcing the suspension of indoor dining by January 14, 2022 that is implemented prior to Expiration.Outcome verified from Office of the Mayor of New York City and New York City Mayor’s Office.
The Contract will expire at the sooner of the first 10:00 AM following the occurrence of an event that is encompassed in the Payout Criterion, or January 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
