If John O'Hurley or David Frei says Specialty as part of The National Dog Show, then the market resolves to Yes. Sources from The New York Times, the Associated Press, Reuters, Axios, Politico, Semafor, The Information, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, and NBC.
Video of the The National Dog Show will be primarily used to resolve the market; if a consensus by Kalshi employees cannot be reached using video, transcripts of the The National Dog Show will be used according to the news publications listed in the contract. The exact phrase/word, or a plural or possessive form of the phrase/word, must be used. Grammatical/tense inflections are otherwise not included. Please see full rules for more details. Previous recordings aired during the event will count. Promotional content included in the show will count, but advertisements will not. To be clear, "Lap" will count for "Lap Dog."
