Clarification 1/28/25 3:00 AM ET: For the purpose of this Contract, <date> is considered to be local to the country's capital. For example, if Romania joins the eurozone before <date> on Bucharest, Romanian time (GMT+2), then the market resolves to Yes, even if it is not before <date> in another European nation or in the United States.
