A feature is included only if French Montana is listed under the song name on SET IN STONE, listed in the song title on SET IN STONE including in phrases such as “feat.”, “ft.”, “featuring”, or “with”, or listed as a performer on a song on SET IN STONE, in each case as reported by a Source Agency. SET IN STONE must be on Spotify to be considered by the Payout Criterion; that version on Spotify is the one that will be considered (e.g. if a feature is available on some other service or platform, then that is not included). Revisions to the Underlying made after Expiration will not be accounted for in determining the Expiration Value.
