A relocation requires FIFA to officially move a match from any U.S. venue (including all 50 states, DC, and U.S. territories) to a venue outside the United States. Official relocations are confirmed through FIFA's updated match schedule, official announcements, or the organizing committee's statements. Moving matches between U.S. venues, date/time changes without venue changes, relocations of non-U.S. matches, temporary changes that are reversed, and changes to training facilities do not qualify. If a match begins in the U.S. but is moved abroad mid-match due to disruption, this resolves to Yes. If the entire tournament is cancelled or postponed to 2027+, this resolves to No. If all U.S. matches are relocated abroad, this resolves to Yes.
