Full or partial live performances count as performed if the song is at least reasonably begun. Medleys count each song as performed in the order they appear. Interludes, band instrumentals while the singer talks, rehearsals, sound checks, and unconfirmed performances do not qualify. If multiple performances occur within the time period, the ordering is determined within that specific time period. Encores continue the count from the main set unless the contract explicitly specifies otherwise (e.g., "first song of encore").
