If the EIA reports a price of a gallon gasoline (as defined exclusively by the set of "All Grades - Conventional Areas" prices posted each week) that is above $4.00 between Issuance and Dec 18, 2023, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Energy Information Administration.
The EIA generally reports data on Mondays. Since the last Monday of the year is December 25 (Christmas), the final date of evaluation for this "yearly" market is the final Monday prior to the holiday, which is December 18.
