The market will close at the sooner of the first 10:00 AM following the occurrence of an event that is encompassed in the Payout Criterion, or 8:25 AM ET on January 10, 2023. The data is expected to be released between January 10 and January 13, 2023. The market will expire at the sooner of the occurrence of an event that is encompassed in the Payout Criterion, the first 10:00 AM after the release of all the data in 2022, and March 11, 2023.
