If the greatest seeding disadvantage overcome by any winner in the full tournament of the 2026 Men's College Basketball Tournament is at least 5, then the market resolves to Yes. Sources from ESPN, Fox Sports, and Kalshi using information originating from the NCAA.
For the purposes of this market, an upset occurs when a team with a higher numerical seed defeats a team with a lower numerical seed. Upset seed margin is calculated as the difference between the seed numbers of the two teams in a game where the higher numerical-seeded team wins (for example, if a 12-seed defeats a 5-seed, the upset seed margin is 7).
