If the New York City Mayor's Office or the New York State Governor's Office issues a news article that includes documentation of an indoor mask mandate in New York City that applies to individuals regardless of vaccination status and that will go into effect within two weeks of the Expiration Date, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from New York City Mayor’s Office and New York State Governor’s Office.
Revisions after the Expiration time on the Expiration Date will not be taken into account. Please see MASK-001 in the Rulebook for more details.
Clarification at 1:40pm ET 07/31/2021: The term "news articles" refers to all written press releases or notices published by the Source Agencies in the manner specified by the Underlying in MASK-001 in the Rulebook.
