If Notre Dame Football joins ACC before their first game of the 2027-28 College Football Season, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from ESPN and Fox Sports.

If Notre Dame Football publicly announces or formally agrees to join ACC during the specified time period, the Contract will resolve “Yes” regardless of whether the effective date of the change occurs outside the specified time period.
