If Fernando Tatis Jr. officially retires before Mar 25, 2027 or is not on any team on Mar 25, 2027, "Retires / No Team" resolves to Yes. If Fernando Tatis Jr. remains on the team they were on upon issuance on Mar 25, 2027, then the market for that team will resolve Yes.
