If Dave Portnoy is physically present inside Ohio Stadium for the Texas vs. Ohio State football game, the market resolves to Yes.

Attendance is confirmed if his presence inside the stadium is reported by any Source Agency, or by social media posts from Portnoy himself clearly showing he is in the stadium. Virtual appearances, remote broadcasts, or being on location outside the stadium do not count as attendance. Brief or partial physical presence inside the stadium counts as attendance.

Attendance under an alias, disguise, or with credentials not in his real name (e.g., the method he previously used to attend the Super Bowl while banned) still counts as attendance if it can be confirmed by a Source Agency or by Portnoy himself.

The event must occur in the specified year. If the game is cancelled, postponed beyond the expiration date, or does not occur in the specified year, the market resolves to No. The Game is set to take place on Sat, Aug 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET
