Resolves Yes if President Trump uses the recess power to appoint any member of the Cabinet before Jul 1, 2025.Outcome verified from White House and The New York Times.
The Cabinet positions included are Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, and the Attorney General. Even if that recess appointment is later ruled illegal and vacated, an announcement by the President that the recess appointment is taking place is sufficient to resolve the market to Yes.
