Resolves Yes if Kai Cenat has their hair physically cut or removed from their head during a live stream after Issuance and before Oct 1, 2025.Outcome verified from Twitch, YouTube, TwitchTracker, The New York Times, the Associated Press, Bloomberg News, Reuters, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, The Verge, Polygon, Kotaku, and Dexerto.
The haircut must occur during a live broadcast on the streamer's official channel, not in pre-recorded content presented as live. The event must involve the actual removal of real hair from the streamer's head, be clearly visible on stream, and result in a change in hair length or style.
