Market Rules
Attendance requires the individual to be physically present inside the stadium at either the US Open Women’s Singles Final on September 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM ET or the US Open Men’s Singles Final on September 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET. Attendance is confirmed if the person is reported present at the event by any Source Agency, including social media posts by the person themselves. Virtual attendance counts as attendance unless the event is explicitly in-person only. Any confirmed in-person presence counts, including brief appearances, late arrivals, or early departures. The event must occur in the specified year. Attendance at a rescheduled final still counts, but if either final is canceled, postponed beyond the expiration date, or does not occur in 2025, the market resolves to No.
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
- Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
