Important information: For purposes of this Contract, only qualifying songs performed by any of Madonna, Shakira, or BTS (any member of BTS) are counted when determining the "first song." Songs in which none of Madonna, Shakira, or BTS (any member of BTS) performs are disregarded, regardless of when they occur or which other artist performs them. For example, if another artist (e.g., Justin Bieber) performs one or more songs at the start of the Halftime Show before any of Madonna, Shakira, or BTS (any member of BTS) performs, those performances are disregarded for purposes of this market.
