The market resolves to Yes if the party official resigns, is removed, or otherwise leaves their position for any reason other than death. An announcement that the official will leave the office within the next year also resolves the market to Yes. If the official leaves solely due to death, the market resolves based on the last traded price prior to death, or if unavailable or illogical, the Outcome Review Committee determines fair allocation. The position refers to the specific party leadership role as defined at market issuance. Temporary absences, medical leave, or suspensions where the official intends to return do not trigger resolution. The official must actually leave the position or announce definitive plans to do so.
