If the WGA votes to end the writers' strike by September 30, 2023, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Writers Guild of America.
Clarification 6:00 PM ET 9/25/23: In a press release this week from the Writers Guild Negotiating Committee, they wrote, "Once the Memorandum of Agreement with the AMPTP is complete, the Negotiating Committee will vote on whether to recommend the agreement and send it on to the WGAW Board and WGAE Council for approval. The Board and Council will then vote on whether to authorize a contract ratification vote by the membership. If that authorization is approved, the Board and Council would also vote on whether to lift the restraining order and end the strike at a certain date and time (to be determined) pending ratification." If there is a release saying the Board and Council voted to end the strike, all markets in the event would resolve to Yes, even pending ratification of the negotiated deal.
