How often do the Bucks and Mavericks play each other?
The Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks meet twice a regular season, once at each arena. Every club plays all fifteen clubs in the other conference twice, home and away, so this is the least often the league schedules any pairing — and it is the only kind of meeting the Bucks and the Mavericks get outside the NBA Finals.
Are the Bucks and Mavericks in the same division?
No, and not the same conference either. The Milwaukee Bucks are a Eastern Conference club in the Central Division; the Dallas Mavericks are a Western Conference club in the Southwest. That makes every meeting between them an inter-conference game.
What is at stake when the Bucks play the Mavericks?
For the Bucks and the Mavericks, the overall record and only that. An inter-conference game touches neither club’s division record nor its conference record — but the overall record is what the standings in each conference are ordered by in the first place, so these two games count for seeding exactly as much as any other.
Can the Bucks and Mavericks meet in the playoffs?
Only in the NBA Finals. The Bucks are in the Eastern Conference and the Mavericks in the Western Conference, and the playoffs are run inside each conference until the final round — so these two cannot be drawn against each other before it.
Where can I follow the Bucks and Mavericks for the rest of the season?
Every Bucks and Mavericks game Kalshi lists has its own market page, with the moneyline, the spread, the total and the player props built on that fixture. The NBA market index carries the rest of the league, and the matchup index carries every other pairing the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks are in.
