
The Underlying is the unadjusted total residential benchmark price for the City of Calgary, as reported by the Calgary Real Estate Board. The market will not use average sale price, median sale price, detached-home benchmark price, apartment benchmark price, semi-detached benchmark price, row-home benchmark price, Calgary-area price, or any other housing price measure.
The market will resolve based on the first published Calgary Real Estate Board figure for the relevant monthly report. Later revisions, corrections, or restatements will not affect resolution.
