The market will use the initially published June 2026 Challenger Job Cut Announcement Report, regardless of later revisions, corrections, or updates. If Artificial Intelligence is tied for the highest number of job cuts among reasons in Table 4, the market resolves to Yes.

The Underlying is the June 2026 column of Challenger’s "Table 4: Job Cuts by Reason” table. The YTD column will not be used for settlement. If Challenger does not publish Table 4 or does not include a comparable “Job Cuts by Reason” table in the June 2026 report, the Exchange will use the most directly comparable reason-level job-cut table or statement published by Challenger for the June 2026 report. If no comparable reason-level data is published by Challenger for June 2026, the market resolves to No.
