If the FDA issues a press announcement authorizing emergency use authorization for fluvoxamine, also called fluvoxamine maleate, to treat COVID-19 by November 1, 2021, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
This includes even if the drug's use is restricted to certain groups, such as patients of a certain age group, COVID-19 status, or severity. Else, the market resolves to No. Please see FLUV in the Rulebook for more details.
