If any Source Agency explicitly confirms that LNG liquefaction at Qatar’s Ras Laffan Industrial City has resumed (i.e., Qatar/QatarEnergy has restarted LNG production trains) before May 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Sources from AP, Bloomberg, Reuters, The New York Times, Axios, Politico, Semafor, The Information, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, ABC News, CBS News, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and NBC News.
Statements that LNG is “expected to,” “planned to,” or “could” restart do not qualify.
