If the U.S. State Department issues an official travel advisory that Americans should not travel to Beijing, China (this is generally called a Category 4 "Do Not Travel"), then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from U.S. Department of State.
A "Do Not Travel" advisory for all of China also counts for Yes. The market will expire at the sooner of the first 10:00 AM ET following the occurrence event that is encompassed in the Payout Criterion, and the first 10:00 AM ET after May 31, 2022.
