If a vaccine has its Biologics License Application (BLA) approval or Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) revoked by the FDA or voluntarily withdrawn after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2026 for reasons relating to health, safety, or efficacy, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Food and Drug Administration.

Merely withdrawing approval because of seasonality, low demand, or an emergency ending is not sufficient to resolve the Contract.
