If the popular vote margin of victory in Iowa is above 12% for Donald Trump or another representative of the Republican party in the 2024 election, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from United States Congress.
If a candidate has won but has a margin that rounds to 0.00 (for example, winning by one vote), then that would resolve the bracket that has the winning candidate 0.00-0.49% as Yes.
