Resolves Yes if Donald Trump or his Administration creates a National Bitcoin Reserve before January 1, 2026, either through direct executive action or by signing a bill into law.Outcome verified from The New York Times and White House.
Any reserve or stockpile that contains Bitcoin, as long as the Bitcoin was not acquired via confiscation, would satisfy the Payout Criterion. A reserve that contains a variety of cryptocurrencies, as long as one of those is Bitcoin, and the Bitcoin was not confiscated, would count.
