Resolves Yes if Congress.gov contains documentation of a bill that “Became Law” between Issuance and Dec 31, 2025 and that raises or suspends the current federal debt ceiling.Outcome verified from Library of Congress.
The current debt limit applicable for this Contract is established by Section 3101(b) of Title 31 of the US Code, which has been modified by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019 and then again by the Promoting Physical Activity for Americans Act and S.J.Res.33 to stand at roughly $31.4 trillion.
