Outcome verified from White House and U.S. Department of Education.
Clarification as of July 14, 4:00 PM ET: An announcement that extends the pause on payments for only a specific subgroup of borrowers while student loan payments on federal loans resume is not sufficient for the market to resolve to Yes.
