Rules summary
If the Supreme Court rules in favor of Garland in Garland v. VanDerStok, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Supreme Court.
Specifically, if the Supreme Court’s initial ruling in Garland v. VanDerStok holds: 1. That a weapon parts kit that is designed to or may readily be complete, assembled, restored or otherwise converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive is a “firearm” regulated by the Gun Control Act of 1968; and/or 2. a partially complete, disassembled, or nonfunctional frame or receiver that is designed to or may readily be completed, assembled, restored, or otherwise converted to function as a frame or receiver is a “frame or receiver” regulated by the same Act; then the market resolves to Yes. If the Court remands the case without doing either, then the market resolves to No.
