If, before May 1, 2026, exactly 0 "gold cards" are issued by the federal government, then the market resolves to Yes.Outcome verified from the White House, The New York Times, the Associated Press, Reuters, Axios, Politico, Semafor, The Information, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC.
To qualify, the specified number of individuals must have applied for and received legal U.S. residency as part of a new pathway to U.S. citizenship, work permits, or any other form of legal residency in exchange for payments or investment higher than the current investment minimum of an EB-5 visa as of self-certification after Issuance and before the close date.
