If Chuck Schumer is present for inauguration ceremonies at Donald Trump's second inauguration, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from The New York Times.
Clarification 1/16/25 3:00 AM ET: (1) The Source Agency is The New York Times. This includes anything produced by The New York Times, including, e.g. live video of the inauguration. (2) This market refers to any part of the Presidential inauguration ceremony that is expected to occur on Monday, January 20, 2025. For example, it will not include inaugural celebrations like that taking place on Saturday, January 18th, at Donald Trump’s National Golf Club in Virginia. Clarification 1/20/25 7:50 AM ET: To be clear, the events included are the events overseen by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, the list of which can be seen here: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/inauguration-schedule-2025/.
