If the President imposes any new (or raised) global tariffs on foreign semiconductors before Dec 31, 2025, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from White House and The New York Times.
The tariffs must be in effect for at least some businesses. If country-specific exemptions are included in an executive action at the time of imposition, the market will not resolve to Yes.
