If Texas’s 23rd Congressional District special election has been scheduled for a date before November 3, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Sources from Semafor, ABC, Bloomberg, NBC, The Washington Post, Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Reuters, The Information, Politico, Axios, MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times, and CBS.
Example: If on May 1, 2026 the special election is scheduled to take place on Nov 3, 2026, then the market will resolve to No.
