If House has conducted any recorded vote on any resolution providing for the expulsion of Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) from the United States House of Representatives before Aug 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Sources from United States Senate, Fox News, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Semafor, ABC, United States House of Representatives, New York Times, CBS, Axios, CNN, Reuters, The Washington Post, Bloomberg News, the Associated Press, Energy Information Administration, Politico, and Congressional Record.
This includes:
- Roll call votes
- Recorded votes
- Yea-and-nay votes
- Electronic votes (in the House)
- Division/standing votes
The following do NOT satisfy the Payout Criterion:
- Voice votes where individual member positions are not recorded
- Unanimous consent agreements without a recorded vote
- Votes in committee (unless any resolution providing for the expulsion of Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) from the United States House of Representatives specifically refers to a committee vote)
- Procedural determinations by the presiding officer
- Deemed passage without an actual vote
For clarity:
- A vote on cloture (Senate) regarding any resolution providing for the expulsion of Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) from the United States House of Representatives DOES satisfy the Payout Criterion
