If the popular vote margin of victory in Pennsylvania is above 4.49% for Kamala Harris or another representative of the Democratic party in the 2024 election, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from United States Congress.
If a candidate has won but has a margin that rounds to 0.00 (for example, winning by one vote), then that would resolve the bracket that has the winning candidate 0.00-0.49% as Yes.
