How this is counted

Attendance is the crowd the league announces for each game, read from the final box score. A club's average is its total home attendance over the home games counted.

Only the regular season counts. Postseason crowds are near capacity by construction and clubs play different numbers of them, so including them would rank clubs by how far they went rather than how well they draw.

Capacity % compares the crowd with the arena's listed capacity for that game. It can exceed 100%: announced attendance includes standing room and some arenas list a seated capacity below what they hold.

The figures cover 16 of 16 completed games of the season.
