Buffalo Bills 2026 outlook

The Buffalo Bills play in the AFC East and have been based in Orchard Park, New York since 1973, and since 2026 in the new Highmark Stadium built across the road from the old one. Buffalo was an AFL original in 1960 and won back-to-back AFL Championships in 1964 and 1965. The franchise then did something no other team has done, reaching four consecutive Super Bowls after the 1990 through 1993 seasons and losing all four. It is still chasing a first Lombardi Trophy, and that wait is the backdrop to every Bills season. Six of the seventeen games each year come against the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots and New York Jets. This page keeps the Bills' roster, weekly injury report, next game and AFC East standings in one place, and prices them. The outlook panel above shows the market-implied probability that Buffalo wins the division, reaches the playoffs and wins the Super Bowl, with each market's latest move. Those numbers come from traders on Kalshi, not from a preseason projection, and they update continuously.

Frequently asked questions

What are the Bills' Super Bowl odds?Kalshi's Super Bowl market prices Buffalo at 12%, a most recent move of unchanged (updated Oct 24). Contracts settle to $1 if the outcome happens, so the price reads directly as a probability, meaning 12¢ is a 12% chance. Buffalo has reached four Super Bowls, all between the 1990 and 1993 seasons, and has not yet won one.

How many Super Bowls have the Bills won?None. Buffalo has appeared in four, Super Bowls XXV, XXVI, XXVII and XXVIII, following the 1990 through 1993 seasons, and lost all four. It is the only franchise ever to reach four in a row. Before the AFL-NFL merger the Bills did win two AFL Championships, in 1964 and 1965. The franchise history section below lists championships, conference and division titles and playoff appearances.

What are the Bills' playoff chances? The market puts Buffalo's playoff probability at 92% and its AFC East probability at 73% (updated Oct 24). The two move together, because winning the division guarantees a berth while a wild card does not. The playoff chances section below sets out the path the market is pricing, and the schedule section lists the games still to play.
