If the Department of Transportation (USDOT) announces a final rule redesignating Georgia from the Eastern time zone to the Atlantic time zone (or any other time zone which has the effect of permanent DST) before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Department of Transportation and the Federal Register.
