The law must do one of the following: require at least some online platforms to act in the best interest of a user that (and because) the platform knows or reasonably should know is a minor; require at least some online platforms to provide, adopt, or implement readily accessible safeguards specifically for minors, such as limiting the ability of other individuals to communicate with the minor, or prevent other users from viewing their personal data, or other similar action that protects minors; or be titled "Kids Online Safety Act".
