If Waymo is operating in 0 cities on Dec 31, 2025, then the market resolves to Yes. Outcome verified from Waymo.
Clarification (12/08/25 at 7:30 PM ET): To be clear: first, the Waymo One app referenced in the full rules has been renamed to the ‘Waymo’ app. This is what shall be used as the relevant source for resolution as there is clear continuity between the two platforms, and we will continue to track the application and platform through name changes. Second, resolution for the number of cities will be based on the serviced areas listed in the application. At the time of writing, there are three such areas: the San Francisco Bay Area, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. Note: this originally said that the third of those cities was Austin. It is Los Angeles. The number is unchanged.
