How to read these college football national championship odds

Every figure here is a live Kalshi price. Each team’s contract pays $1 if it wins the title and nothing if it doesn’t, so its price in cents reads as the percent chance traders give it.The national champion is the winner of the national championship game, the final of the twelve-team College Football Playoff. The board is ordered by that price, using the exact quote rather than the rounded figure shown, so two teams a hundredth of a point apart don’t swap places between refreshes. Each contract settles under its own market rules, which the market page links. Every row’s last column opens that market.
FAQ

College Football National Championship Odds questions

Who is favored to win the 2027 college football national championship?
Kalshi traders give Georgia 23% and Notre Dame 15% to win the national championship. Those are market prices, not Kalshi forecasts.
How is the college football national champion decided?
By the College Football Playoff: twelve teams make the bracket, and the winner of its final, the national championship game, is the champion. Each team’s Kalshi contract settles Yes only if that team wins the title.
How are these college football national championship odds calculated?
They are not calculated — they are prices. Each team’s contract pays $1 if the outcome happens and nothing if it doesn’t, so what traders pay for it reads as a percent chance. Where the bid and ask are close the page shows the midpoint; otherwise it shows the last trade.
