How it works
How to read the NFC standings
The NFC has four divisions of four teams, and all four are on this page. A division is won by the best record in it, and the winner takes one of the conference's top four playoff seeds regardless of how its record compares with the wild cards below it — which is why the division table, not the conference table, is the one that decides who hosts a playoff game.Before Week 1 there is nothing to rank, so each table is ordered by Kalshi's division-title market instead: the team the market thinks most likely to finish first is listed first. The number in the leftmost column is a market position, not a standing, and it becomes one as soon as games are played.The odds column is Kalshi's price that the team wins its division, as a percentage. It is a forecast of where the table finishes, so it can disagree with where the table stands today — a team leading by half a game in November can still be the second favorite, and comparing the two columns side by side is what this page is for.

NFC standings questions
How do the NFC division standings work?
NFC teams are split into four divisions of four — 16 teams in total on this page. Each division is won by the best record in it, with the NFL's tiebreaking procedures settling teams level on wins and losses. Every division winner receives a playoff berth and one of its conference's top four seeds.
What are market-implied odds to win the division?
They are the current price of a Kalshi contract that pays out if the team wins its division, read as a percentage. A team priced at 60% is one the market currently gives a 60% chance of finishing first. The prices move as games settle, so they can and do disagree with today's table.
Do Kalshi prices change the NFL standings?
No. The order on this page is Kalshi's own market view, because no games have been played yet and there are no standings to change yet either — it is replaced by the league's standings as soon as games are played. The standings are settled on the field; the prices are a forecast of where they end up.
How are ties broken in the NFL standings?
The NFL breaks division ties in a fixed order: head-to-head record, record within the division, record in common games, record within the conference, then strength of victory and schedule. Nothing on this page re-derives any of that, and these rows are not the league's order — they are sorted by Kalshi's division-title prices until the league's ranks can be read.
